STEP 1:  PICK YOUR FLOOR PLAN

With over 50 floor plans to choose from we are confident you will find the right floor plan and we are confident we can give you the best price.

All of our homes are priced to include the manufacturers standard features, Wind Zone 2 Construction, Delivery to the Wesley Chapel area, Standard Set Up Installation in the Wesley Chapel area and the Interior Trim Finish for Multi-Section homes.

Our pricing strategy gives you the best built home with the most cost effective construction.

STEP 2:  DO YOU HAVE A LOT?

Do you already own a lot or have selected one to build on?  If you do not have a lot to build on, our affiliated company, Sun Realty and one of its local agents can assist you with finding one.

  • Community lots and acreage available
  • Are you looking for land lease lot
  • Consider impact fees
  • Consider well and septic costs
  • Is the home is a flood zone

STEP 3:  FINANCING OR CASH?

Can’t pay cash for your new Dream Home?  We can assist you with one of our financing partners.  We have local, regional and national lenders that specialize in Mobile Home Loans.  Which lender is best for you will depend on your down payment amount, credit scores and whether you need land improvements?

  • Chattel Loans for Land Lease Properties

STEP 4:  FINALIZE PRICING

Your new Dream Home Floor Plan along with the additional options you select is the total cost for the home.   The cost of the lot (if any), delivery, set up cost and the required  land improvements is the price for construction.  The final costs for County Permit Requirements are then added to get a total price for your new Dream Home.  All pricing will be transparent and disclosed directly to you.

STEP 5:  DELIVERY AND SETUP

We work with the best contractors in our marketplace to perform delivery and set up.  After the home is set up, we then start the remaining construction items to complete your project.
